Valera Energy has announced first oil at the Non Yao C project in the Gulf of Thailand. The development is located in licence G11/48 and is operated by Valeura Energy with a 90% working interest, while the remaining 10% are owned by Palang Sophon.
So far, three development wells have already come online in Non Yao C, with four more planned in the near-term. Additional wells will be added to the schedule accordingly.
Until the end of 2024, production from Non Yao C will increase from 7,200 barrels per day to 11,000 barrels per day.
