ADNOC's gas business has announced the conclusion of a long-term partnership with Emirates Water and Electricity Company (EWEC). The natural gas sales and purchase agreement (SPA) between the companies will be valid for 10 years and is valued at US$10bn.
According to EWEC, the partnership with ADNOC will ensure a stable and flexible supply of natural gas, further enabling the UAE's energy transition.
The partnership was consolidated during Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week 2025. ADNOC Gas' CEO Fatema Al Nuaimi and EWEC's CEO Othman Al Ali were present to sign the agreement.
