Cancellations submitted no later than 5 working days before the event will receive a 50% refund. There is no refund for cancellations received after this date. Delegates can be substituted at any time. The EIC reserves the right to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. EIC is not liable for any expenses incurred by the delegate.
