EIC and Trees for Houston Oak Jubilee Tree Planting Event
About this event
Join the EIC in celebration of its 80th Anniversary for our Oak Jubilee Tree Planting Event! The EIC North & Central America region and Trees for Houston will host a tree planting event in which attending companies will have the opportunity to learn about trees, how to plant them and then actually plant them in groups guided by the Trees for Houston planting experts. This event is a great opportunity to network, meet company sustainability goals, and celebrate the EIC! All attending delegates will be provided with refreshments throughout the event and lunch.
This event has three types of participation opportunities: Sponsorship, Individual Tickets and Donations.
Sponsorship:
Sponsoring delegates will be provided with tickets to attend this in-person event. Depending on the sponsorship level selected, sponsors will be provided either 24, 12, or 6 attendee tickets along with a permanent metal planting site sign, co-branded event day signage, and co-branded marketing – a great profile-raising opportunity!

Individual Tickets:
If delegates would like to attend our event and represent their company as an individual, the EIC North & Central America is offering individual tickets for $275.00. Individual attendees like sponsors will be able to attend the event, network, and celebrate with the EIC all while simultaneously supporting a great initiative!

Donations:
The EIC community of members and non-members who do not wish to attend, or sponsor, can participate in this not-for-profit initiative through donations. Donations will be accepted in increments of $25.00. The amount raised by the region will be announced, and provided to Trees for Houston to support their efforts in our city!
